Sarah is such a fun senior! She’s a designer, a fan of a photography and considering majoring in communications – sounds exactly like me about 8 years ago! So, we definitely had some fun on her senior pictures because our tastes are so similar. If she doesn’t go into communications or english, something with photography or modeling could definitely work for her, because this girl is so comfortable in front of the camera (not to mention beautiful!) Here’s Evelyn (love her name by the way – I’m a big fan right now of classic names – so cute!) Anyway, we photographed her family pictures a few months ago and she came back to us for her senior pictures. She’s such a sweet girl, so smart (and may I mention pretty?!) Here are some of my favorites!
We will be shooting Lindsay and Ed’s wedding photos October of ’08 and they just came to us for some engagement photos! It was fun! You can tell how much Ed loves this girl by just watching him look at her – he’s smitten 🙂
They’re gonna have such a beautiful fall wedding next year! I’m excited!
Happy 6 month birthday to Jonah! This little guy is part of our Baby’s First Year program and it is so much fun seeing how much he’s grown every three months! This time his parents brought along his Halloween costume – he’s a monkey! It’s seriously adorable! Check out my favorites!

I think it’s time to give my two kiddos some blog love! We went on a walk around West Branch the other day and took some photos just for fun. Turns out I love them and am ordering a 20×30 canvas of one of them just for myself!

Here’s another fun senior – Greg! He’s such a nice guy – a baseball player and a super smart kid. His mom thought of going out to this beautiful trail out by the Res for his photos – glad she did because it was an awesome location! Check out some shots:
I sure hope not because I’m outta luck if this happens again! Last night my family and I were at a friends house for a bonfire. There were probably 7 adults and like 20 kids running around. All of the sudden there was this blinding bright white light and a deafening BOOM that shook all of us and the house we were close to. It was LIGHTNING! We’re talking super loud, super scary, super CLOSE!
We were all terrified and ran immediately to the house. We are so blessed to have no one injured – because we all felt the heat and pop of that lightning bolt. Now, we’re seriously counting our blessings. Besides my family, one of my other favorite blessings is this business! It’s so wonderful to be able to say my job brings people joy! I absolutely love what I do and thank God for all He has done in my life!
Here it is! I finally have up images from what might be my wedding of the year! Not only was this my best friend’s wedding but I was both her maid of honor and head photographer – whew!
It was such an amazing day!!! Brooke was gorgeous and Mikkel, her groom, looked pretty good himself. Mikkel is from Denmark and his entire family flew to the US for this wedding. It was just wonderful to meet his family and learn about some fun Danish traditions at weddings.
