Here’s another fun family shoot we recently did! The Anderson family is a bunch of fun – you can tell they get together fairly often and have a TON of fun together! They were pretty open to my crazy ideas – some people even braved sitting on the wet deck just so I could get the perfect shot!
We were fortunate, it poured all morning, EXCEPT for the 1 hour time slot they had reserved with us! The Anderson’s have a beautiful deck and I was so thankful we were able to do some fun photos out there! Check some out:

We had the opportunity to take some family photos of the Kofoed family recently, as most of the family members were back visiting Iowa. It was a blast! We had fun, which is fantastic because we’ll be photographing Sonni and Adam’s wedding next October – we already know it’s going to be a great time!

I love it when people come to me with a definite personal style. When Hannah walked in the door with her bright red streaks in her hair and her sweet glasses frames, I knew right away we were going to have some fun! We got some seriously awesome shots! Check out my fav’s (it was hard to pick!)

Don’t her eyes look amazing here?! I am SO sorry to say they are painting this building! It’s in Iowa City and I take a ton of photos there (if you’ve seen a bright pink, blue or blue/green brick wall in my galleries, this is it!) They’re turning this beautiful building into a bank! I was soooo bummed to hear this! Oh well, at least Hannah got a few sweet shots by it!
Our Baby’s First Year clients are so much fun to work with. Unless you have a little baby at home it’s easy to forget how much these little ones change in a few months!
Mabry is such a cutie pie! She loves to smile and make her cute litte faces and she also LOVES her two big brothers! Check out this cutie pie!
What a fun wedding! Tonya was such a pretty bride and she planned her wedding day perfectly! We had a blast working with you, Tonya and Dave!

Aaron’s such a nice guy – it was fun to take his senior pictures because he was up for about anything I suggested to him! He’s an avid soccer player, hoping to play at the college level next year. Check out some of my favorites!
